What to Expect

The process is intentional from the very first step:

05 · Post-Assessment — A second wellness check-in to capture what's shifted, grown, and changed.

06 · Free Follow-Up Call — A measurement-based conversation to reflect on your progress, celebrate your insights, and map what's next.

Frequently Asked Questions

What Is Integrative Coaching?

  • Coaching is not therapy — and that distinction matters. Let's be clear: therapy is valuable, necessary, and sometimes life-saving. A clinically trained therapist helps you understand your past, make sense of what happened, and develop new ways of thinking to reduce emotional pain and heal old wounds. That work is sacred — and for many people, it's exactly the right starting point.

  • Coaching is something different. It's not about looking back — it's about looking forward. Integrative coaching is a client-led process, built on one foundational belief: that you are already whole. That you already carry within you the wisdom and intuition to build the life you want. The coach's role is not to diagnose, prescribe, or repair — it's to ask the powerful questions and offer the tools that help you uncover your own answers, dismantle the limiting beliefs quietly running the show, and take the aligned action that moves you toward the future you're actually trying to create.

  • Where therapy asks "what happened and how do we heal it?" — coaching asks "who do you want to become, and what's in the way?" The destination is always the same: a life of meaning, purpose, and aligned action. In other words — your own eudaemonia.

How Do We Get There?

  • Through the five structures of consciousness — Gebser's map of how human beings grow into increasingly integrated ways of being — we use proven tools to uncover what was always already there. Sessions draw on meditation, somatic practices, guided imagery, storytelling, and creative exploration. There is intentional goal-setting and meaningful work between sessions — because the healing is in the doing. We lead with joy. We embody the shift. And we keep returning to the same essential questions: What is out of balance? What is inhibiting your flourishing? And what would it look like to live otherwise? The answer, it turns out, is always closer than you think.

Is This For You?

  • This work is for people in transition. People who feel stuck. People who sense there is more to life than what they're currently living — and who are curious, motivated, and genuinely willing to explore. If you're ready to try new things, examine old patterns, and step into a more integrated way of seeing yourself and the world — you're exactly who this was built for. The only prerequisite is a willingness to begin.
